Timing Roaming Magic for a Cocktail Reception

The event opened at 5:00 p.m., but most guests weren’t expected until about 5:30. Jesse’s set started at 5:30, when the bulk of the crowd was due, instead of when the doors opened. It ended at 6:30, half an hour before the 7:00 p.m. awards ceremony.

Jesse’s guideline for roaming magic at a cocktail reception is at least 60 guests for a 60-minute set, so there are always new groups to perform for. With 200 attendees, this event had more than three times that.

Coleen’s Five-Star Google Review

After the event, Coleen left Jesse a five-star Google review:

“We had Jesse Dameron perform as a strolling mentalist/magician at our Service Awards event, and he was absolutely amazing! He interacted with guests throughout the evening and had everyone completely blown away.

I genuinely have NO idea how he did some of the things he did. His predictions were so incredibly specific and dead-on that we were all left wondering how any of it was even possible! I don’t want to give away too much because you truly need to experience it for yourself.

Jesse was engaging, entertaining, professional, and such a fun addition to our event. We received so many great comments about him afterward. I would absolutely recommend him for any event and would have him back again in a heartbeat!”
